Bellsmith Regency is a beautiful gated community consisting of 85 fee-simple townhomes located on a 10-acre property in Roswell, Georgia. The development was built between 2004-2006 by Pulte Homes.

The Bellsmith Regency Townhome Association, Inc. Board of Directors is committed to maintaining our neighborhood with the highest standards ensuring a well maintained, beautiful environment that promotes a sense of community and a peaceful quality of life. The Board of Directors, in conjunction with our management company, Homeowner Management Services, focuses on the preservation and enhancement of our property values, responsible use of our association funds in a manner that benefits all owners, compliance with the responsibilities set forth by the Georgia Non-Profit Corporate Code, and amicable enforcement of the governing documents and the rules and regulations.
Bellsmith Regency is a community of attached homes. As such, any actions or inactions have a direct impact on our neighbors. Our primary responsibility, both collectively and individually, is to protect, preserve, and improve the value of our greatest investment: our home.
