Tips for new owners:

1. Contact HMS and be sure we have all your closing documentation.

2. Be sure to register at HMS once we have your records updated.  

3. Review your all your Governing Documents: Covenants, Bylaws, Amendments and Guidelines and be sure you understanding your community's standards. 

4. Return to the Homeowner Overview Page to learn all about your Association! 

5. Please be aware of POD rules.

• PODS are not permitted without permission from the Board of Directors.

• Even with permission, they can only remain in place for a very short time.

• Please be sure to contact HMS for approval prior to scheduling a POD delivery.
