Rules & Regulations

 

  • ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL AND RESTRICTIONS

    Single-family use: Restricted exclusively to single-family residential use. Townhouses cannot be used for commercial, business, or professional

    purposes.

  • Nuisances and Prohibited Activities: Acts that could cause embarrassment, discomfort, annoyance, or nuisance are prohibited. The use of exterior

    speakers, horns, whistles, bells, and other sound devices (excluding security devices) are prohibited.

  • Signs: No sign can be displayed inside or outside the home where it is visible to the outside without Board approval. This includes For Rent/Lease signs. Exception: One For Sale sign.

  • Antennas: Aerials; Satellite Dishes: These can’t have a diameter/diagonal measurement greater than one meter. They should be located on the

  • least visible portion of the townhome as reception allows.

  • Subdivision of Townhomes: Townhomes cannot be further subdivided.

  • WHEELED VEHICLES RESTRICTIONS

    The use of bicycles, tricycles, scooters, or any wheeled vehicles is

    restricted to sidewalks and streets and prohibited from the grassy areas

    of the community.

FOOD TRUCK POLICY

Food Truck rentals for private use must be approved by the HOA Board before the

scheduled event. Truck must be parked in the driveway unless prior arrangements

are made.

GARAGE/YARD SALE POLICY

Individual garage/yard sales are not authorized.

INFLATABLES POLICY

Inflatable play areas are not permitted in Bellsmith Regency.
