Pool Hours & Rules
Bellsmith Regency enjoys a seasonal pool schedule.
The 2019 Pool Season is over and the pool is now closed.
As key fob systems to the pool have been deactivated.
Pool Opening is traditionally between May - September
Hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
If you need an access card to the pool, please contact Homeowner Management Services.
Important Information
Your pool is serviced by Swim Atlanta.
NO GLASS containers allowed inside pool area.
No pets allowed inside pool area.
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
All guests must be accompanied by a resident, limited to two per home.
Private pool parties are strictly prohibited.
Infants and Toddlers must wear swim diapers or rubber pants in the pool
Homeowners who lease their homes give amenity usage rights to their tenants.
There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
POOL POLICY
• The pool is typically open mid-May to mid-September.
• Hours of Daily Operation are 8:00 am until 10:00 pm.
• Infants and Toddlers must wear swim diapers and rubber pants in pool.
• All Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• No Glass Containers allowed inside pool area.
• No Pets are allowed.
• All Guests must be accompanied by a resident. Limited to two per fob.
• Access to pool house bathrooms is by code on the doors. Code is changed each season.
• Private Pool Parties Are Strictly Prohibited.
POOL GATE ACCESS
• Each homeowner will be provided with one gate access FOB which will be activated at the beginning of each swim season.
• A lost or damaged FOB replacement will cost $50.00.
• In case of a resale, the FOB must be transferred to the new homeowner. Pool rule violations will result in the FOB being
deactivated.
Homeowners who are delinquent in paying their HOA fees will have their FOB deactivated.
There is no charge the first time a FOB is reactivated, but thereafter it will cost $10.00 per occasion.
POOL GATE ACCESS
• Each homeowner will be provided with one gate access FOB

Pool Gate Access
Each homeowner is provided one gate access key fob which will be activated at the beginning of the swim season.
There is only one key fob per household.
Replacement key fobs due to loss or damage are $50.00
Pool rule violations will result in the key fob being deactivated
Homeowners who are delinquent in paying their assessments will have their key fob deactivated.
There is no charge the first time a pool key fob is reactivated. Thereafter it is $10 per occasion.

In the event of a resale, the key fob must be transferred to the new owner.
