Important Information
Your Association is a POA Association per an amendment which means it is subject to the Georgia Property Owners Act.
The Association has Three Amendments to the Covenants.
The Association has One Amendment to the Bylaws.
Note that the Bylaws themselves are not required to be recorded in the County Records.
The Bellsmith Regency Bylaws are not recorded in the County Records.
Although the Bylaws are not recorded, the “Amendment to the Bylaws” was recorded in the county records.
The first covenant amendment is the POA conversion and utility suspension
The second covenant amendment allows for fining.
The third covenant amendment allows for leasing restrictions.
The first amendment to the bylaws dictates terms of the Board of Directors.
