Parking & Towing Policies

  • Vehicle parking for owner/residents is restricted to garages and driveways serving individual Townhomes.

  • Overnight parking on Bellsmith Drive is prohibited unless permitted by the Board in writing.

  • Vehicle parking for guests of owners/residents is restricted to the three designated visitor parking areas.

  • Unlicensed or inoperable vehicles parked on Association Property will be removed.

  • Commercial vehicles (those bearing logos, writing, ladders, etc.), trailers, boats, and jet skis are not permitted unless kept in a closed garage. Delivery and service vehicles are exempt.

  • No vehicles are permitted to park on sidewalks. This is also unlawful, and the owner of the vehicle is subject to ticketing and a fine by the City of Alpharetta.

  • Any vehicle parked on Association Property in violation of the Parking Policy for longer than 24 hours will receive a notice that unless the vehicle is removed within 24 hours, it will be towed at the owner's expense. That notice will include the name, address, and telephone number of the towing company.

  • Those homeowners who have rented their homes are fully responsible for the actions of their renters. Noncompliance on the part of renters can result in fines being imposed on the homeowner at the rate of $25.00 per day or occasion.

  • Owners with special circumstances who have a need to park in the visitor parking for a prolonged period of time must request permission from the Board of Directors by contacting HMS.

2. Vehicle parking for guests of owner/residents is restricted to the three designated visitor parking areas.

3. Unlicensed or inoperable vehicles parked on Association Property will be removed.

towing company. If the violation occurs again within a six-month period, that vehicle will be towed without further notice to the owner.

Those homeowners who have rented their homes are fully responsible for the actions of their renters. Noncompliance on the part of renters can result in fines being imposed on the homeowner at the rate of $50.00 per day or occasion.
