Gate Access
Front Gate Access
New owners should receive their fobs from the previous owners.
Renters should receive their fobs from the owner.
Only two fobs are permitted per household.
Replacement fobs are $50 each.

Pool Gate Access
Each homeowner is provided one gate access FOB which will be activated ay the beginning of the swim season.
There is only one key FOB per household.
Replacement fobs due to loss or damage are $50.00
Pool rule violations will result in the fob being deactivated
Homeowners who are delinquent in paying their assessments will have their fob deactivated.
There is no charge the first time a pool fob is reactivated. Thereafter it is $10 per occasion.

In the event of a resale, the fob must be transferred to the new owner.
